The website is accessible free of charge. We strive to ensure its availability, without being able to guarantee permanent accessibility (maintenance, technical incidents).

3. Customer account

Your account allows you to track your orders and manage your subscriptions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of access to your email address. You can request the deletion of your account at any time at contact@animorix.fr.

4. Information and advice

Product information (composition, feeding amounts, size guides) comes from manufacturers and our suppliers. The advice published on the website is general: it does not replace the advice of a veterinarian.

5. Customer reviews

Reviews are collected via the Judge.me application. Only customers who have placed an order are invited to leave a review, identified by the "Verified Buyer" badge. Reviews are published without compensation, in chronological order (from newest to oldest by default), including when they are negative. A review can only be rejected if it is abusive, off-topic, contains personal data or is not linked to a purchase; its author is then informed. Reviews are neither purchased nor imported from other platforms.
